Our History
4-A Solutions is a premier consulting and services firm founded in January, 2025 by Andy Nicely, a seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience in the Post-Acute Care industry. With a robust background in procurement, ancillary services, and strategic market development, Andy has held influential roles in some of the industry’s top organizations, including McKesson, PharMerica, and North Shore Healthcare.
Prior to founding 4-A Solutions, Andy served as Senior Vice President of Procurement and Ancillary Services at North Shore Healthcare. He also played a pivotal role in McKesson’s Post-Acute Group Purchasing Organization, where he oversaw strategic growth and market positioning. Andy’s career includes a distinguished 22-year tenure at McKesson, as well as four years as Vice President of National Accounts at PharMerica, a leading institutional pharmacy provider in the Post-Acute market.
Before launching 4-A Solutions, Andy furthered his impact by developing Midwest Sourcing Group, LLC, where he expanded key vendor partnerships within the post-acute community. Drawing from his extensive experience and deep industry insights, 4-A Solutions offers innovative solutions that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and foster strong vendor relationships for clients in the post-acute healthcare sector.
Our Team
Andy is a graduate of Carson- Newman University with a degree in Business Management. He also was a member of the Varsity Wrestling Team and Letterman’s Club. He is currently married to his wife Lisa for 36 years with 3 children.
